03/09/2003: "Templates"
There seems to be a lot of different templates that have been made available for GM. I'm going to be lazy and use one of these templates as a base for my site as long as I can work out how to customize it to my needs. My html is a bit rusty, never mind, I have a couple of books lying around :^)

This template seems ok, could do with losing or replacing the picture at the top and adding a calendar somewhere. It's a start.

Well i've got a calender now but it doesn't seem to fit! Will try and play around with the table sizes and see if that helps.

Well, am going to have a bit of a break. Am going out on my bike for the 1st time in 3 weeks. Hopefully my chest/throat infection is gone and my knee is ok. Am only going for a gentle 15 or 20min ride round the block :^)

Note to self - check any changes in IE. It doesn't behave the same as Opera!

Thanks again linear, hadn't properly checked the code for the template I downloaded. Stupid error.

Am happy with my template now, it's a nice clean design. Everything seems to be working so far, except the save details bit on the comments form. Will have a look at that when I get time.
